Ballet is the most beneficial form of dance for body placement and is the best foundation for all other dance forms. We do not require all students to take ballet; however, we highly recommend this very important instruction if any student wishes to improve technique and move on to more advanced classes. All 1 ½ hour ballet classes require a minimum of two classes per week.

DRESS

Black leotard, Capezio theatrical pink seamless tights, pink Capezio ballet shoes with elastic sewn in. Short black chiffon skirts may be worn if desired, but are not required. Hair must be worn in a bun off the neck. 1 ½ hour ballet classes must wear black spaghetti strap leotards and no skirts.
