Classical Ballet Program
Classical Ballet Instruction in Peachtree City, Georgia Ballet is the most beneficial form of dance for body placement and is the best foundation for all other dance forms. We do not require all students to take ballet; however, we highly recommend this very important instruction if any student wishes to improve technique and move on to more advanced levels of dance. All Pre-Professional Level (1 ½ hour) ballet classes require a minimum of two-four ballet classes per week depending upon level of placement. DRESS CODE Visit The Dancer's Boutique at each GAD location Black leotard, Capezio theatrical pink seamless tights, pink Capezio ballet shoes with elastic sewn in. Short black chiffon skirts may be worn if desired but are not required. Hair must be worn in a bun off the neck. 1 ½ hour ballet classes must wear black spaghetti strap or short sleeved leotards and no skirts. Saturday classes may wear colored leotards. No Jewelry except small earrings Males – Black tights, white shirt, black ballet shoes. Pre-Professional levels – Black spaghetti strap or short sleeved leotard, pink Capezio seamless theatrical pink tights, pink canvas or leather split sole ballet shoes. No skirts. No Jewelry except small earrings Pointe and Variations – Any color leotard, pink Capezio seamless tights, any color chiffon skirt. No Jewelry except small earrings |
Pointe
Per instructor's placement and requires a student to be enrolled in Pre-Professional Ballet technique classes.

Pas Des DeuxFor the advanced pointe student. Choreography, repertoire, and partnering class with an emphasis on projecting personal styles for the stage.
