Mr. Clay offers lessons in Piano, Guitar, Voice, Songwriting, and Composition. With over thirty-five years of experience as a professional musician and educator, he has successfully mentored numerous students who have pursued careers as music teachers and industry professionals. He also plays a supportive role for aspiring music educators. His teaching methodology is comprehensive, emphasizing both performance skills and music theory. Currently, he is studying jazz and holiday music. In addition, Mr. Clay has significant experience as an accompanist for church and school events.
Students are encouraged to take part in recitals, festivals, and competitions, and Mr. Clay's students consistently achieve superior rankings in these events.
Mr. Clay is an executive board member of the Coweta Fayette Music Teachers Association and is actively involved with the National Federation of Music Clubs. He also serves as the Immediate Past President of the Coweta Fayette Music Teachers Association. Mr. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.
